It emphasizes planning for change as a primary job of leaders; at a basic level, the focus is on leading through facilitating a strategic planning team. It includes the personal characteristics and interpersonal skills required of an effective practitioner.
Think - Strategic Thinking covers the “content, processes and infrastructures” supporting the analysis and evaluation elements of strategy management that precedes planning.
Plan - Strategic Planning centers on the “content, processes and infrastructures” for deciding the right strategy for success.
Act - Strategic Action and Change focuses on the “content, processes and infrastructures” for executing the strategy and measuring performance.
Business Acumen – This component covers the roles, ethics and general business knowledge strategy practitioners must possess to be effective.
